      为了降低亚声速飞行器尾部红外辐射强度,针对飞行器面临的战场红外威胁环境及红外辐射特点,开展了飞行器尾部 红外辐射特性分析。以飞行器尾部红外辐射特性分析结果为基础,通过采用低辐射喷管、中心锥气膜冷却和尾舱红外隐身遮挡罩 等综合红外辐射抑制措施,制定了飞行器尾部红外辐射综合抑制方案,研制了飞行器尾部红外隐身原理样件,并针对原理样件开 展了地面红外辐射强度测量试验,针对飞行器主要威胁波段3~5 μm波段,测量了多个角度下的红外辐射强度。地面红外辐射特 性测量结果表明:飞行器尾部采用红外辐射抑制措施后,在3~5 μm波段,在水平面内飞行器尾部的红外辐射强度均值降低了 47.6%;在铅垂面内飞行器尾部的红外辐射强度均值降低了54%,具有良好的红外辐射抑制效果。

      To reduce the infrared radiation intensity of a subsonic aircraft tail, the infrared radiation characteristics of the aircraft tail were analyzed according to the infrared threat environment of the battlefield and infrared radiation characteristics of the aircraft. Based on the analysis results, a comprehensive infrared radiation suppression scheme was developed by adopting comprehensive infrared radiation suppression measures such as low-radiation nozzle, center cone film cooling, and infrared stealth shield of the tail cabin. In addition, the infrared stealth prototype of the aircraft tail was manufactured, for which ground infrared radiation intensity measurements were carried out. The infrared radiation intensities at multiple angles were measured for the aircraft's main threat band of 3-5μm. The measurement results show that the average infrared radiation intensity of the aircraft tail in the horizontal plane decreases by 47.6% in the band of 3-5μm after infrared adopting the radiation suppression measures. The average infrared radiation intensity of the aircraft tail in the vertical plane decreases by 54%, indicating a good infrared radiation suppression effect.
