      为了解决发动机外部管路装配工艺设计难度大、周期长、装配工艺规程直观性差等问题,提出了利用UG、3DVIA 软件进行发动机外部管路装配工艺可视化设计的方法。介绍了发动机外部管路装配工艺可视化设计的总体流程及实现方法,包括工艺模型建模、装配工艺可视化设计和装配工艺可视化输出。并针对发动机外部管路装配过程中的非常规分解、因管路结构设计变化而带来的工艺更改、管路装配应力等问题,利用可视化工艺设计方法提出了相应解决措施。应用结果表明:该方法大幅度提高了管路装配工艺设计质量与效率,形成的装配动画及3维图解能够直观地指导现场装配。
英文摘要:
      The design of assembly process of external pipeline for aeroengine is difficult, assembly process cycle is long and with poor visibility. In order to solve these problems, a kind of visualization method to design assembly process for external pipeline based on UG and 3DVIA was put forward. The author described the overall process and implementation of the visualization design method, which included modeling process model, the visualization design of assembly process and output of visualization design. Besides, by the use of the visualization method, corresponding solutions for some certain issues, such as the unconventional disassembly of the external piping, the change of assembly process because of redesign of external pipeline, and the way to reduce the assembly stress. The application results show that the visualization design method could improve the quality and efficiency of external aeroengine pipeline assembly, the assembly animation and 3D drawing is a guide to the field assembly working.
